We provide comprehensive services in the field of project management and grant management, especially for the Hradec Králové Region and its organizations. We provide the entire project cycle. We take care of the project from the initial project plan, through the search for a suitable grant title, preparation and submission of an application for support, its implementation to the sustainability phase.

The main task of the team of project managers, led by Ing. Lenka Bacovská is preparing and managing investments and EU projects in the Hradec Králové Region. The Project Management Department is represented by the Investment Projects Section and the Non-Investment Projects Section. The team consists of a number of experts in the administration of grant and non-grant projects. The team dedicated to investment projects is led by Ing. Lenka Bacovská. The team taking care of non-investment projects is managed by Mgr. Jana Poldová.
