Preparation and implementation of industrial zone projects
The subject of our activities in this area is the preparation and implementation of projects of industrial zones in the Hradec Králové Region with the aim of increasing local regional development for the purposes of economic growth, job opportunities, cohesion and competitiveness of the region. Investment support is always the subject of relevant government resolutions, where the amount of support and parameters for their implementation are determined. The program administrator is appointed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade through the CzechInvest agency on the basis of the Program for the Support of Business Real Estate and Infrastructure (hereinafter PPNI) and its sub-program titled as Preparation and Development of Industrial Zones.

The Industrial Zones Department is primarily responsible for the administration, preparation and implementation of industrial zones and business support in the Hradec Králové Region. The team of technical and economic managers, led by Ing. Jana Jiráňová, ensures the improvement of the guarantee of the implementation of industrial zones in the Hradec Králové Region, in which the region itself acts as an investor and also as a partner of investors and the state supporting future investors in the zones.

Together with CzechInvest, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and other ministries, we cooperate, prepare and administer industrial zones for existing and new strategic investors, with a financial share of the Hradec Králové Region. We map and monitor investment opportunities in the Hradec Králové Region (brownfields and greenfields). We evaluate the socio-economic impacts of industrial zones.
